Chalk Menu Board

Hi all!

I hope you are having a great week.

I wanted to do a quick post to show you my latest project.  You may remember
a recent post about the chalkboard  I made from an old $3.00 frame.  Well, I liked
the board but it still needed a little dressing up.  I found this great image at
The Graphics Fairy and added it to the chalkboard using craft paint.

Much better!

Thanks for visiting and I hope to see you at the Open House party starting
tomorrow evening.
xo,
Sherry

I'll be partying at:

That looks great, Sherry! I have wanted to use this graphic on my chalkboard using paint, too, but I have no talent in that area whatsoever. I would just mess it up. I should see if I can get a stencil made of it. Stencils I can do!

I want to make a chalkboard for my back door... I'll be sure to add a great title like yours!

You just inspired me to spruce up my own very plain (ex thrift store) project-turned chalkboard. Whew. That's a mouth-full, but seriously, great little idea.
